Genetic Genealogy is solving decades-old cold cases and providing names for unidentified deceased individuals – bringing justice and much needed closure to victim’s families. Genetic Genealogy is also connecting adoptees and other persons of unknown parentage to biological parents and siblings – providing a sense of identity and connectedness. Although genetic genealogy can be controversial, and can sometimes uncover and reveal family secrets, the underlying goal of genetic genealogy is simply to discover the truth.
